Six times the impact
In a recent letter Archbishop Linda Nichols described how PWRDF's All Mothers and Children Count (AMCC) program with local partners in Burundi, Mozambique, Rwanda and Tanzania had resulted in tens of thousands of mothers and children enjoying better health and lives. Recognizing the value of this work, PWRDF was selected by the Government of Canada to receive an additional grant of $1.98 million to continue the AMCC program in light of the pandemic. Every dollar donated to the AMCC from PWRDF donors allows for seven dollars in support of PWRDF partners. "Gifts of any size will make an impact" stated Archbishop Nicholls. Donations can be made through Christ Church or directly to the PWRDF online at or by calling 416-822-9083.
