Big thanks to all the participants in out first Urban Detox Retreat. I had such a great time teaching it! Heather and I have already been brain storming about next year and welcome and appreciate any feedback or comments about your experiences.

Excited to say I'm heading back to Let's Move Studio for a Hippy weekend!!! 2 hour all levels morning practice focusing on therapeutic sequencing to open your hips to reduce joint & back discomfort. In the afternoon we will be kicking it up with a 3 hour back bending class exploring the effects opening your hips can have on freeing your spine.
