For today, though, I want to tell you about my latest love affair.
It's a healthy habit that is so easy to implement, doesn’t cost a fortune and promises to deliver fantastic results in terms of increased energy, better skin and better sleep. Sounds good? Not only that, but it can also help you reduce the amount of processed sugar you’re consuming.
The target of my affections is Kombucha, a fermented tea that's packed full of nutrients. It’s a drink that has been around for centuries, but is once again gaining popularity as science and ancient wisdom increasingly come together. Here in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, kombucha is available everywhere and we (ie. Heather) has spent the last couple of months perfecting our own recipe so that we now have it on tap. What can I say? It’s now my beverage of choice, and has, I believe, really helped me rebuild my own energy reserves after quite a challenging 2016.
