Aloha Chamber members:
Our Goal: Increase membership engagement to create positive change in our business climate. Here's your opportunity to get involved and help us in this effort.
Next week is our fourth annual Chamber Week, sponsored by Island Movers and The Honolulu Star-Advertiser during which a number of activities provide members with opportunities to join the business community to help build a better business climate, spur economic development and improve the quality of life here in Hawaii.
Watch the 2017 Chamber Week PSA.
Chamber Week is one of the most engaging and important Chamber initiatives as it serves to raise awareness of the critical role Chambers across the state and your participation play in advocating for business here in Hawaii, particularly with the week including the opening of the 2017 Legislative Session.
Having just returned from the Council of State Chambers CEO meeting, a key takeaway message is, in addition to serving as a catalyst for positive change, the Chamber plays an important and pivotal role, serving as a futurist and setting the vision, while remaining constant among variable factors.
As globalization, technology and policy issues become more connected, Chambers need to continuously seek ways to stay up-to-date and advanced in order to help our members and the business community thrive.
We can only achieve this with your participation and input. Check out our Business Advocacy website page to learn more about how you can get involved. A good start would be join us and register for Chamber Week events.
Laulima & mahalo,
President & CEO
