Dear <<First Name/Nombre>>

I have so much to share with you today, as we reach the end of our fourth week of school.

Returning Safely to School

Making sure our school communities are safe remains our top priority. As you very well know, vaccination is one of our best lines of defense. In this regard, we began our mobile vaccination program for all eligible students and employees on August 30th. You can learn more about it here

Signing up is easy using your Daily Pass. You can find instructions on how to do this here. You can also call (213) 328-3958 for any questions.

COVID Testing

Since the start of the school year, we have been conducting weekly COVID tests for all students and employees entering our campuses.  We feel proud that our positivity rate continues to be significantly lower than the county’s. You can find the latest numbers for LAUSD here and for individual schools here.

If you need to know what to do if your child has tested positive for COVID-19, check out this video.
If your child has been identified as a close contact to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, here's what you need to do.

Here are answers to more of your questions. If you have additional questions, visit this site or contact the Community Engagement Team at or 213-725-5637.

Here are some tips for supporting your student’s transition to school.
