His collaborations with Claudia Acuna resulted in a lovely recording entitled “In These Shoes.” See them perform at the Berrie Center on Friday, September 27 at 8 p.m. in the Sharp Theater. Ticket information is available online.
Ramapo Welcomes Students Back
Students returned to Ramapo over the holiday weekend for the start of the fall semester. Events including the Welcome Week Barbecue, Carnival, and Arching Ceremony provided opportunities for new and returning students to familiarize themselves with the campus and community. Events culminated on Tuesday when Andrew Keen, author of “Digital Vertigo:  How Today’s Online Social Revolution Is Dividing, Diminishing and Disorienting Us” (Macmillan/ May 2012), addressed hundreds at Opening Convocation in the Bradley Center.
