The 14th EPSA Autumn Assembly

European Pharmaceutical Students’ Association held the 14th EPSA Autumn Assembly between the 31st of October and the 5th of November 2017 in Brno, Czech Republic! The event was hosted by USF Czech Republic, the pharmaceutical students’ association from Brno.

Participants gained important knowledge that will help them develop their careers and were given the chance to interact with other European pharmaceutical students. They interacted with the speakers both during the event and over social media. Outcomes of each session and the event itself will be released through an outcomes booklet.

If you missed the AA17 don't worry!
Next is the 41st EPSA Annual Congress which will take place in April 2018 in the Netherlands! The first registration period starts on the 1st of December 2017.

Interested in the Regulatory Affairs world? And what about Medical Devices? So, why not join the best of both worlds?

The new EU Regulation on Medical Devices just came out and it brings tightened requirements for Clinical Evaluation and Performance and many other major changes

Join us for this webinar and get a better insight on one of the biggest hot topics and challenges among the European Pharmaceutical Industries!

The 14th EPSA Autumn Assembly in Brno had a public health campaign with the topic “Colon cancer”. This condition can be developed through some less healthy habits such as alcohol consumption, sedentary behaviours and smoking habits. In Czech Republic there is a huge incidence of colon cancer, so us, pharmacy students, played an active role in impacting the local population and we went out to spread our messages about prevention and awareness.

As the symptoms can occur very late on the development
of the disease, it is of extreme importance to do regular screenings starting from the age of 50. Take a look on how the participants found ways through Brno downtown to remember everyone: “Don’t be a fool, test your stool”!
