EASING OF SOME COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS DURING THE HOLIDAYS
Beaches will remain open from 5:00am until 1:00pm on V.C. Bird Day. However, there shall be no music, drinks or picnicking on public beaches on that day. Places of worship will be allowed to hold services until 1:00am on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Private functions at a capacity of 25 will also be allowed until 1:00am on New Year's Eve.
