The start of 2020 has certainly presented us with new challenges and a new way of doing business.
 
With the current COVID-19 crisis we are thankful that our business operates online and as such is ultimately flexible allowing us to update our readers daily with changes as they happen.
 
We know that the months ahead are going to be quite challenging for us all, and we want to play our part in keeping your operation going. The key to keeping your business online is by communicating with your clients and keeping your brand alive.
 
As a client of Antiguanice.com, you have add-ons as part of your advertising package, which we use to keep up to date with news (press releases, menu changes, new services, customer reviews etc), Events and Special Offers.

These are still available to use on an ongoing basis but in terms of continuing your brand outreach will need to change. Examples of messages from your company could be:

  • Restaurants and Bars: Create virtual events such as Happy Hour, Quiz Nights, Musical Events, and feature Recipes etc.

  • Real Estate: People are still dreaming of owning a property in paradise, so continue to showcase your listings.
  • Yachting: There are still many yachts on the island and in need of services especially provisioning.   
  • Services: Are you operating remotely and offering services such as online payments or consultations etc.? Do let us know so we can promote these features for your business.  In these times, having your business online is very important. Antiguanice.com has a huge social following, so it’s most definitely a great tool for your business.

With all that said, we recognize that for some customers advertising renewals are going to be challenging. We are in this together and so we have come up with a number of ways to assist:

  • Those whose renewal is due between now and the end of June – we appreciate if you are able to pay the full advertising fee, but are willing to offer a 25% discount off the annual advertising fee for any businesses who would like to renew their advertising by end of April. This will allow us to plan our business also.
  • For businesses who want and need to keep advertising, but have cash flow issues we can discuss a payment plan.
  • We can extend the current advertising contract by two months if the above options are not relevant.
