Antigua Sailing Week is back with a wave of excitement as the "Rich in Love…" reggae superstar Romain Virgo is set to headline Reggae In The Park on Tuesday, May 3.

The much-loved signature Sailing Week event returns to Nelson’s Dockyard for its 11 edition with the lovers' rock-style Jamaican reggae artist. Virgo's “Lovesick” album topped the Billboard Reggae Albums chart in 2018 and his hit singles include "Wanna Go Home", "Live Mi Life", and "Alton's Medley."

Romain joins an exciting line-up of Antiguan artists, which includes ANU Collective, Arlen Seaton, Kenne Blessin, The Strays, The Survivor Band, and Exorcist International on the stage, with host IBIS The Livest! Tickets are available online via the TickeTing App.

On the water, the racing action starts with the Peters and May Round the Island Race on Saturday, April 30, followed by five days of high-energy competitive racing in the 53rd edition of the regatta. You can Chase the Race aboard Wadadli Cats or get in on the action on Ondeck daily.

Other exciting events include the official Lay Day Beach Party on May 4 — an afternoon of beach games, BBQ, and beers with music by DJ WHO as well as the Ultimate Mid-Week Beach Party at Catherine's Café on Pigeon Point and Dockyard Day at Nelson's Dockyard on May 7. The Breakfast Party at Shirley Heights is another all-time favourite.
