The rally is from 11:00 - 12:30 The march is from 12:30-1:30 There is also a rally from 1:30-2:45 at Westlake Center Look for us passing by Ezelle's Chicken on 23rd and Jefferson when the rally lets out of the gymnasium. Let's march together to Westlake Center in honor of Martin Luther King's birthday.

Freedom Project started on MLK Day in 2001, when Marshall Rosenberg shared a workshop at the Twin Rivers Unit in the Monroe Correctional Complex. That was where Marshall, Rusty, and Lucy connected and the idea for Freedom Project was born! For more information about the event, go to If you need help finding us, call 206-325-5678.

Thank You For Your Support!

The Safe Return campaign raised $33,312!

Even though we fell short of our overall fundraising goal, we connected with many new donors. And in the end, we more than double the amount of monthly recurring gifts!  This helps build a stable community to welcome folks home.

We will keep working to fully fund the Safe Return program - and as we close the books on our year-end campaign, we feel so grateful to all of you who voted with your dollars in support of connection, meaning and mattering!

Together, we shift...
