RECENTLY COMPLETED - EXTENSION & REFURB IN THORNTON HILL, EXETER
Our photographer has been back to take some summer shots when the sun was out and the doors were open!
CELEBRATING SUCCESS - PART 3 COMPLETE

We would like to congratulate Kate on successfully completing her RIBA Part 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture. Kate has demonstrated such dedication and perseverance, managing her studies alongside her role at Living Space - the team are extremely proud of her achievement!

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - PROGRESS ON LISTED HOUSE EXTENSION, CREDITON

SUCCESSFUL PLANNING FOR ALTERATIONS TO THE OLD STABLES - DAWLISH, DEVON
Successful planning application for alterations to this unique building. The original horse stable will have the roof and trusses replaced creating a useable space on the first floor, incorporating a new living space,  bedroom and bathroom. The existing slate roof mix will be replaced with natural slate, whilst the sunroom will be replaced with an adjoining canopy. 

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - PROGRESS ON CONTEMPORARY TOWNHOUSE, EXETER

SUCCESSFUL PLANNING FOR LISTED BUILDING 
CONSENT - HARVEST WOOD, EAST DEVON
Successful application for listed building consent & planning permission for a mid-late C16 barn. A number of alterations and works are planned to make the land and building useable whilst retaining its original character, including a double-height kitchen space, conversion of an outbuilding into a utility space and the opening up of an original fireplace.
