PLANNING CONSENT GRANTED

We have an amazing record for achieving planning permission on difficult sites and for listed buildings.
We've gained planning consent for a lot of projects over the last few months - click on the images below to find out more about some of them:

Lustleigh, Dartmoor
A challenging brief to create a garden room that connected with the landscape, whilst linking well to the existing house, lead to an innovative form for this extension.  The new build links seamlessly to the existing pitched roof of the garage and sits well against the traditional form of the existing house.

VISIT TO CASTLE DROGO

Kate, Kirsty & Fred were delighted to be invited for a tour of the continuing works at Castle Drogo by the RIBA where they were able to look at the roof works and learn in more detail about the conservation techniques being used.  As a lot of our buildings use natural lime renders and mortars they were fascinated to hear that 16 mortar mixes were being used at Drogo in different locations. here.
