Needs survey closes Sept. 30 – complete it and win free legal advice The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) will affect nonprofits’ membership, voting, financial review and audits, and other rules after it comes into force in 2014. The Get Ready for the ONCA project will be developing information and tools to help you understand and prepare for the new rules. Tell us your questions and concerns about the ONCA by completing our 5-minute needs survey .
