ONCA on hold
There are no changes to the update we issued in October 2015. Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) will not take effect for at least two years.,
Most organizations should not make changes to comply with the ONCA yet, as the proposed amendments, if passed, will change some details.
Meanwhile, you can use CLEO’s tools to learn about the ONCA.
