‘Having a laugh’ – January 2017 Mind Management Newsletter
I hope this newsletter finds you well.
I performed a gig last weekend to a sell-out audience which was a great success. One of the main reasons why I believe it was so successful is because after the Christmas period and holidays some people were feeling down. Many members of the audience after thanking me said ‘I needed that’.
I think we all need a laugh. I think sometimes life can get so serious that we can forget the importance of having a laugh.
So folks I encourage you to have a laugh, whether it’s watching a funny movie, comedian or having a joke with friends. Whatever works for you.
I performed 3 different Mental Health Shows over the last 2 years, so I am putting on new dates to perform show 2 and 3 again in-case you missed them. If you would like to catch Show 2 my 2nd Mental Health Show is at The Gatehouse Theatre in Stafford on Thurs 1st June or Show 3 my 3rd Mental Health Show is at The Palace Theatre on Saturday 16th September.
I am performing my 4th brand new show at The Lichfield Garrick Theatre on Fri 7th April. Click on the link below to book your tickets.
As always if I can help you or anyone you know who is stuck with anxiety, depression or stress with one to one counselling sessions via Skype or face to face then please feel free to give me call.
I wish you all a good laugh!
