Get Immune Boosting with Aromatherapy 
With a few drops of oil you can keep feeling tip top. Try using Rosemary, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Thyme, or Peppermint. You may have just cut them back in your garden and so it is time to reap their benefits. By adding a selection of three of these in a burner or just a hot bowl of water, you can help cleanse the atmosphere when colds and flu are about. Massage lavender to your temples for headaches and tension, steam your face with one drop each of the above or soak in a bath with 15 drops of a selection of  the above in 15ml of milk or oil to help relieve body aches and pains.

Holistic Pregnancy massage and Reflexology on a futon.

I have recently studied with Suzanne Yates & Susanne Enzer about how to adapt and incorporate pregnancy massage & reflexology on a futon and use further mobilisation, stretching and energy work. This is a very effective way to massage and using the comfortable futon instead of a bench gives you more space, versatility and is great for lower back ache, neck and shoulder tension, water retention and anxiety (to name but a few). This can be experienced throughout your pregnancy and postnatal. If you would like to find out more about this treatment do contact me for more details.
