Douglas residents now have access to an  interactive online training course for free.
This information package has been developed by qualified and experienced Environmental Health professionals and is equivalent in scope to a two-day consultant delivered course.

Tech Time at Douglas Libraries

Douglas Libraries welcomes another round of their FREE Tech Time classes.

Classes will offer participants the opportunity to ask questions, a chance to use devices and learn whether it is for them before purchasing their own and learn a variety of everyday computer and iPad skills.

Notice of Temporary Maintenance Closure at the Daintree Ferry - November 2022

The Daintree River Ferry will not operate from 10pm Friday 18 November 
2022
until 5am Tuesday 22 November 2022 to allow for important safety maintenance  work to be completed.

  • Works are now complete on the pedestrian crossing at The Marina, Port Douglas.
