Stanley Godfrey is a member of PDOA. He is the Allen Senior Organ Scholar at St. Peter’s College, University of Oxford; currently studying with Stephen Farr, he has previously studied with Robert Gower whilst working as the Assistant Director of Music at Bourne Abbey. Whilst he is currently studying for a degree in Music, he holds an offer at the University of Reading to commence studying for a PGCE in Secondary Music Education, commencing next September.
The concert will be followed by a short AGM, if it is decided that we need one. The committee elected at the AGM on Wednesday 16th October 2019, has not yet had an opportunity to serve. One thing, however is absolutely certain: more members and non-members will need to serve on the committee. Please volunteer.
Organ Recitals at Centenary Methodist, Boston
Anthony Helpringham has written to say that the final concerts of the 2021 series of organ recitals in Boston are nearly upon us:
Monday 6th December: Anthony Baldery with Anthony Thompson (Trumpet)
Monday 13 December: Jeffrey Makinson.
All recitals start at 1.05pm with retiring collection. 

More will follow in 2022 March-May, with David Hill MBE giving the opening recital on 7 March 2022
