Buses
Transport Canberra's new network begins on Saturday 27 April in time for the beginning of Term 2. Route information for buses to schools from Term 2 are available here and timetables are coming soon. We recently had a briefing on the new arrangements and were pleased to hear that school buses starting or ending at interchanges will do so in well-marked school bus stops to make things a bit simpler for students. In addition, customer service assistants will be on hand to help at major interchanges. Council still has safety some concerns for students. If you have any comments on what the network changes mean to your family, we'd love to hear from you.
Transport Canberra representatives have confirmed they would be happy to attend parent association meetings at schools to discuss the new network and share information. To organise this, email Kylie Smith, Manager, School and Community Liaison, or call 6205 4337.

Special mention - Latham!

A special mention for Latham Primary School P&C for being our first member to complete their Office Bearers' Form this year! (Honourable mentions to Curtin Primary and Narrabundah college!)
The form contains vital information for us to be able to offer information, training and support to your association this year, so filling it is really is important. Thanks!
