National Aboriginal &Torres Strait Islander Early Childhood Strategy
An extensive engagement process is underway to ensure as many voices as possible help develop a new National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Early Childhood Strategy. To be effective the process needs to hear from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people about ways to help their young children to stay strong in culture, be healthy, safe, and ready for school. There are many ways to have input (see link above), including a 15 minute survey for families and carers of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander children, or survey for people that work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Both surveys close Wednesday 19 May.
We would appreciate the assistance of P&Cs in distributing this information.
