This month, Nex Level Fitness hosted a 6 Week Transformation Program and the results were astounding. The 6 Week Transformation program is designed to start your bodies afterburn effect. By doing 45 minutes of intermediate to high intensity exercises, your body burns calories while working out and continues to burn calories 24 - 36 hours post workout. Nex Level's 6 Week Transformation program is widely acclaimed as one of the BEST regimens in the Bucks County area. 

On Monday, July 22nd, the 6 Week Transformation program came to a close, and Chris Lodwig took the lead for most body weight lost at a whopping 11.73%. At the beginning of the challenge, Chris weighed in at 254.8 lbs but lost a total of 30 lbs, and 8.75 inches off his waist. Throughout the challenge, Chris worked diligently to make healthy food choices but struggled during the first few weeks to balance his children's eating habits and his newfound healthy lifestyle.

On Saturday, July 13, 2019, the AACR Philadelphia Marathon held their second training day for the Philadelphia Marathon Weekend in November. The training day was located at the Art Museum steps where runners met at 8 a.m and had the opportunity to choose between 3, 6, or 10 miles at their own pace.  The Dunkin Donuts crew and Q102 were there providing coffee, munchkins, and swag. Bananas and soft pretzels were also provided for the runners. CBS stopped by to cover the runners in action.  Check out the link below to watch CBS 3 news coverage.

On July 16, 2019, Sean Keefe, Managing Partner of Straight Up Capital, was featured on Yahoo Finance TV to speak about Facebook’s David Marcus testifying before the Senate Committee about Libra. Sean spoke about how this would be a big win for Facebook if they were able to move into the blockchain industry. To watch the full interview click here. 

Sean was also featured on Cheddar, speaking about Facebook’s Libra and what he thinks the outcome will be. He believes that this will be good for both Facebook and Bitcoin. 

Sean will be starting a university tour this fall where he will be speaking about Bitcoin and all things crypto. He has a passion for informing others about the industry. 

The Piazza Pod Park, Trivia Jam

Trivia Jam will continue to be hosted in The Piazza Pod Park for the months of August and September! If you are a trivia fiend, then this will be a must-attend event for you. Have your Tuesdays filled with themed-night festivities. Last month, attendees jammed out to 90's themed music, Harry Potter wizardry, and Stranger Things film night. If you missed out, next month #PodPark will be featuring football, film, and fun trivia. Every night is free-to-play and consists of 4 rounds.
