Following the first successful planning meeting for this fantastic event, the date and venue have been changed!
This inaugural event will now be held on Sunday 17th July.
The fun run will start and finish at Haye Park field, just before Green Cross junction and will be followed shortly afterwards by a Village Bar-B-Que.
The next planning meeting will be held on Tuesday 12th April from 2000 in the Church Hall, immediately after the Chillaton Public Hall AGM, to which all are welcome!
The initial plan for the day will be for the Fun Run to start at 1130, followed by a Bar-B-Que from 1300.
This will be an event for the whole village to take part in, in some way! We will need people to plan the event, help out on the day and most importantly to enjoy themselves!
If you would like to be part of this great event, please come along to the meeting on Tuesday 12th April, all support will be welcomed, no matter how big or small!
Don’t worry, no –one will miss out, if we think you have an untapped skill, I’m sure we will find it and co-opt you!
