2016 was fun and adventurous at Frontida. As we look back on accomplishments, recognition, and growth, we are blessed with all the great things that happened. We continued to build upon our culture that consistently demonstrates loving others, having fun, and building trust. From expanding in our communities, growing our team, highlighting caregivers, and giving back we couldn't have done it without your care and passion in serving alongside us. We hope each of you has a blessed and fruitful 2017.
Opening Azalea Place was great and we are very thankful to our newly promoted Manager, Gabby, for building a strong team to care for our residents.
Back to School Bash parties at all Frontida homes helped ring in the new school year with backpacks and games for all our caregiver's children!
Giving back is important! We are grateful for the support and contribution from our caregivers and managers of over $2000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. #thatswinning
Frontida is excited to expand in Fond du Lac, WI. Our own Judy Jones recorded a radio ad to spread the word that Adelaide Place is adding 26 beds to serve the area.
We added Catherine to our team in a role focused on employee engagement. Her passion has helped increase caregiver retention at each home.
Our Friday morning Hero Calls are vital to our culture and we enjoy recognizing when caregivers do heroic acts to care for a resident or teammate.
