Reboot Weekend Upd8

Spent an amazing two days at Champneys Forest Mere for the 4th Nvigor8 Retreat. I have to say a huge thank you to my four guest presenters all of whom inspire me to continue my studies and help make my job so enjoyable and rewarding: Jo Abbott, Richard Haslam, Tor Taylor and Sue Woodd - thank you!

The theme was balance and we covered many different aspects of balancing the body from the inside to the outside, using nutrition, breath, touch, yoga and pilates.

Interested in booking the next one......Nvigor8 Retreat (Feb / March) 2015....why not put it on your Christmas list?

As one of the clients said " just wanted to say, what another fabulous Yoga Retreat – Just brilliant!  We had such fun; great people, delicious food, lots of laughs and a lie in….. all an amazing plus!!!!"

Take a look at this You Tube clip from hybrid Medical:

This may give you an idea of how I work.....although Nvigor8 sessions are not spiritual they still possess focus and with focus we build strength using determination and mindset.  As you are aware I encourage your knowledge of the muscular skeletal and nervous system to enhance your practice - to bring your mind into the physical body and its motion, making you work and achieve your potential.  This clip highlights the union between Yoga, Your body and Nvigor8 sessions.
There are no timetabled classes week commencing 27/10, however I have decided to teach on Halloween!
Please email to confirm your place.
PRICE: £7.50 includes TREAT

Tailor Made Assessment
Why not put a 1-2-1 Assessment on your Christmas List?  It's not all about yoga.  I offer nutritional advice, test your ph levels and test to see if you are lacking in up to 8 different minerals.
Do you have lower back issues, want to find out what muscles might be dysfunctional and how YOU can help alleviate your pain - self medicate with simple release techniques.

Improve your yoga postures: by correcting dysfunction we can enhance your performance.  You will gain a better understanding of certain postures that often leave you feeling unsure of why they are so challenging.

Evening Class

Provisional - Greywell Village Hall

I often have inquiries for evening yoga sessions.  A wonderful yoga teacher (Vic Williams) who attends my classes is keen to begin an evening session.

Please email me if you are interested and I will forward your details onto Vic.

The venue is likely to be Greywell Village Hall.   Time and day have yet to be decided.

Tor Taylor teaching Chair Pilates at the Reboot weekend - the glorious sunshine drenched the studio which has the most wonderful view out to the lake and woodland.

All sessions take place in the comfort of this room.
The grounds of Champneys always provide inspiration and a sense of calm.  There is plenty of time to take a walk through the grounds or just sit and look out from the comfort of one of the lounges or restaurants.
Richard Haslam presenting his 'Power of Touch' workshop.    We learnt how simple it can be to relax and re-boot in just a few minutes using pressure with forearms and body weight, rocking and squeezing to ease the muscles and release tension.
