Our new logo
We hope you like our new logo.
It is essentially the same as the old one, but blended with SCEE's logo.
All of the old elements are there: the Shield of Faith; the Cross of Christ as the source of Light; the Eight-Pointed Star in the South East quadrant.
We consider ourselves blessed to be a part of the SCEE family, and that you, our homeschooling families, have joined us in our vision of educating the next generation in the way of truth and righteousness, joining with us as we proclaim to the world: "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!"

Brisbane Celebration!
We are excited to announce that we will be holding a Celebration and Information day at Burpengary, north of Brisbane, on Saturday, the 14th of May.
It will be an afternoon event, from 2pm. Afternoon tea and activities for the children will be provided free of charge after the "formal" proceedings.
The venue will be the site of SCEE's new Redwood College.
This will be a great opportunity to ask questions about SCEE's plans for the college and for homeschooling in Australia and specifically in Queensland, so feel free to invite interested friends and family.
- Graduations
- Awards
- Information
- Fellowship
If you would like to attend, fill in the RSVP Registration form on our website (Members/Member Area/Events then under Celebration click Register, or go straight there by clicking here.

Helpful Hint!
Using your SPCs
Your Supervisor Progress Card (SPC) is a Multifunction Data-Stock-Record Control Centre that rivals the Swiss Army Knife in its usefulness.
- It clearly displays the student academic details (Name and School Year);
- It sets out the student's PACE sequence for the year in all subjects, but remains editable (when using pencil) when revision is required;
- It shows which PACEs have been ordered (single diagnonal line), and which PACEs are currently in stock (double diagonal line), and which PACEs have been issued to the student (number in pen at the top);
- It shows scores of all completed tests;
- It can be digitally backed up frequently for security (scanner/digital camera not included :)
NOW! Try this: Your SPC can even be used to keep track of whether you have submitted your results to SEHE!
When you submit your scores, just highlight those scores in the colour of your choice (highlighters not included). That way, when you come to submit scores online next time, you know which scores have already been submitted, and which are due for submission!
This way, when we email you and tell you we're missing Johnny's Earth Science 1095, you can tell us confidently, "It wasn't my fault!" (and politely send the score again anyway, excusing us or the Internet for losing it).

End of Term 1: Beginning of Term 2
Mid-Semester 1... whatever you want to call it
Depending on where you live, we trust you're enjoying or looking forward to a well-earned break.
A few reminders:
- Reports (results summaries) are issued by us at the end of each semester; that is, at the end of term 2 and term 4; nevertheless, we ask that you do not wait until then to submit test results for us to record. This should be done around the end of each month, to avoid delays in preparing reports.
- Each state has its own term dates. SEHE is open the whole academic year, but we try to be mindful of your own work calendars.
- The due date for Semester 1 test results is Midnight of Sunday, July 3rd. Any results arriving on Monday 4th or after may be held over until the Semester 2 report.
- We sometimes get results that do not follow the previous ones we receive for a subject, leaving gaps. Sometimes this is an error on our part, and we sift through past emails to double check. Other times, it's because parents are not keeping track of which results have been sent. Please help us by diligently keeping track of sent results (see Helpful Hints above), and by checking reports immediately for errors.
