Dear Friends,

This year, the impact of your support was felt more strongly than ever.

When thousands of people needed food because of the pandemic, you responded, and we were able to help many more than we ever thought we could.

Many of our supporters are not in the same financial position that they were a year ago. But repeatedly, we were amazed how determined many have been to continue helping us however they could.

Many found creative ways to raise money so that we could continue to help those who have been dealt a bad hand, who yearn for a better future.

We are looking toward to 2021 with a new resolve. For people in vulnerable situations, 2020 was just the beginning of ripple-down challenges that they will face. But with supporters like you alongside us, we are determined to continue to FIND, HELP AND EMPOWER PEOPLE IN NEED.

Give the Gift of Positive Change for 2021!

Earlier this month we reached out to people to grow our monthly recurring support. This kind of giving helps lend stability to our organisation, helps us fill in funding gaps for projects, and enables us to attract dedicated sponsors for our projects.
Will you consider making a recurring donation in 2021?

Since the end of March, PCF has been helping to provide 40.000 fresh meals locally and long term food packages for 4.150 migrants who lost their entire livelihood due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Thank you to all our supporters who have donated to our emergency food initiative. The situation is still desperate for so many. We will continue to use the funds we have for as long as is needed.

Our friends at Monsoon Tea launched ‘Communitea’, a delicious new blend of forest-friendly grown oolong tea flavoured with longan, mango and rose flower.

20% of the proceeds from Communitea go towards supporting PCF’s many projects.

In October, Marit, Erica, Delia and Willem represented us at a charity event at a school in The Netherlands as part of the "Jij de Baas", (You the Boss) project. In this entrepreneurial education programme at the A. Roland Holst College, students are introduced to various causes and are challenged to create business ideas to earn money for the cause of their choice.

During the event, our volunteers introduced students (ages 12-13) to what we do and why we do it. We are so grateful for the time and effort our volunteers put in! Thanks to them, a total of 24 students choose to earn money for PCF!
