Greetings,

I hope everyone is having a great year so far.  The market has still been very strong for sellers and continues to be frustrating for buyers. We are still struggling with a shortage of housing inventory and aside from a few smaller building projects there does not appear to be anything that will help provide an immediate boost.
 
If you are a potential seller it is still a great time to sell. We have seen some push back on pricing. I do think that prices will continue to rise, but the percentage of increase may taper a bit.  If you are thinking about selling let us know and we can help you formulate a plan and walk you through the process.
 
Buyers still just need to be aggressive when looking for a home. We recommend having all financing options set before even looking at a home. If you need a lender we definitely have some that we can recommend. Also make sure you have a strategy worked out with your agent on making sure your offer is attractive to sellers as possible.
