I hope everyone is having a great start to the New Year. Now that the Super Bowl is over, I like to say that this is the Kickoff to the Selling Season.
This year I think it is even more important to talk about it because the next few months may serve as one of the best periods of time to list your home and here is why:

The inventory of homes for sale is at an all-time low, so there is not a lot of competition from other sellers.
Interest rates are set to rise this year, so as the year goes on homes may get more expensive for buyers causing prices to level off
New Construction Homes are Coming! There are quite a few housing developments that are coming, and this will create more competition for sellers later this year.
