Last month we shared with you the Benefits & Compensation Surveys we have been processing for the hospitality industry – Now we are moving forward with our survey process for the Santa Fe New Mexico, Monterey/Carmel and the RERG (Resort Employee Relations Group) survey nationwide… and… the Annual Survey for the Santa Barbara Human Resources Association representing “All Industries” is currently underway. The survey results will be sent back to all participants mid-July.
We are pleased to announce that we are now providing an HR “Integrity Hotline” for a small group of luxury properties located in Southern California, New York City and in The Hamptons… Very exciting! These employees will have yet another venue to bring forth any matters of concern and we will work closely with the groups’ Human Resources Director to address those concerns.
