HIGHLIGHTS: Mindful Mingle, Lunchtime Reset and Children's Storytime

Mindful Mingle: Seeking Mindfulness in Downtown Living
Thank you everyone who came out Thursday and participated in and helped organize, especially Erum Hasnain, the Garden’s first Mindful Mingle.

We thank Lululemon SoHo for supporting yoga season-long; Sweetgreen for providing juices and local peaches; and Taïm for providing lite bites, as well as Shaeera Tariq and Micah Chervin for providing live music entertainment.

Following an informal mixer and brief moving meditation, our neighborhood community engaged in a panel discussion led by Danielle DuBoise and Whitney Tingle; Dhyana Masla and Syama Masla; and Jen Kluczkowski and Chiyoko Osborne — co-founders of Sakara Life; Stanton Street Yoga and  and Yoga at the Bhakti Center; and Yoga Means Business, respectively.

Thank you to everyone who participated.

Lunchtime Reset: 30-Minute Moving Meditation and Children's Storytime
This week we wrapped this season's weekly Lunchtime Reset classes and Children’s Storytime readings.

Thank you Suzanne Monto and Joshua Frost for leading these public, free events. We look forward to having you, and these programs, back in the Garden come spring.
See you in the Garden.
