This month Phoenix Art Space celebrates all things romantic in honor of our Love Poems event on Friday 14 February. Visit the second part of our H_A_R_D_P_A_I_N_T_I_N_G exhibition in the Main Gallery, as well as Antonia Thompson's exhibition of acrylics in the Window Gallery.
Part 2 of our two-part painting exhibition.

Visit Part 2 of H_A_R_D_P_A_I_N_T_I_N_Gx2 in the Main Gallery from 8 February-1 March. This second part features an entirely new cohort of painters, Rana Begum, Ian Boutell, Philip Cole, Biggs & Collings, Deb Covell, Stig Evans, Jane Harris, Mali Morris, Jost Münster, Patrick O’Donnell, Carol Robertson and Daniel Sturgis.
Visit Scene. Heat. Waves. in the Window Gallery throughout February, an exhibition of acrylics on canvas by Antonia Thompson, with a sculptural quality that might reflect the movement and energy of a bracing beach walk or wild winter mountain trek. Antonia is also our Artist of the Month, find out more about her here.

Have you heard about our Valentines poetry event?
On February 14 we are joined by six of Brighton's leading poets at Phoenix Art Space for an evening of
Love Poems. We spoke to writer and poet Henry Normal about poetry, romance, and what he's got planed for the evening...

"It should be surprising, entertaining, informative, funny and who knows, perhaps a little seductive."
