Hello <<First Name>>,
On Friday 6 September 2019 at 9:00 AM we are pleased to invite you for a round table discussion with Professor Kalypso Nicolaïdis of Oxford University, one of the foremost experts on Brexit and the EU. The discussion will be on competing visions that have clashed so dramatically over the meaning of Brexit.
Kalypso Nicolaïdis' most recent book is Exodus, Reckoning, Sacrifice: Three Meanings of Brexit, a unique take both on Brexit and the power of mythical stories to frame our democratic conversation. Please find more information about the book here. Kalypso Nicolaïdis has written on a variety of issues, including memory and interstate conflict, colonial legacies as well as the eurozone crisis. She was also a member of the González reflection group mandated by the European Council to submit a report on the future of Europe 2030.
The round table takes place at Res Publica (Gałczyńskiego 5, Warsaw) and will be moderated by Marcin Zaborowski, Senior Associate at Visegrad Insight.
