100% Participation Fundraising Campaign

Our 100% Participation Fundraising Campaign is underway!   Our suggested donation is $120.00 for each student per year, or $10 per month per child.  If $1 is all you can manage, we would be grateful for your support in helping us achieve 100% participation from all families. Of course, if you are able to exceed this amount, we welcome additional contributions. Remember all donations are tax deductible.

Mail your check or money order payable to Meredith Home and School Association to this address or drop a donation off in the school’s main office:

If you have signed up as a volunteer please follow the schedule below:

 

8:30AM-10:30AM 

Report directly to the cafeteria to check-in with Francesca or My-Le.   

For those of you who have signed up for this time frame: we will be setting up, receiving, organizing and transporting the incoming food donations and putting some final touches on each floor.

 

10:30 AM-12:00PM (1st floor and Room 207 Lunch)

Since the Kindergarteners will be starting promptly at 10:45AM, if you are scheduled to serve food on the first floor please report to the 1st floor no later than 10:15AM.  During this time we will be serving the 1st floor and also beginning to transport food and preparing for the 2nd floor lunch.

 

12:00PM-1:00PM (2nd floor Lunch)

Since the 2nd floor will be starting promptly at Noon, if you are scheduled to serve food on the 2nd floor please report to the 2nd floor no later than 11:30AM.  During this time we will be serving the 2nd floor and also beginning to transport food and preparing for the 3rd floor lunch.

 

1:00PM-3:00PM (3rd floor Lunch and clean-up)

Since the third floor will be starting promptly at 1pm, if you are scheduled to serve food on the 3rd floor please report to the 3rd floor no later than 12:30pm.  During this time we will be serving the 3rd floor and also beginning the clean-up process.

A new date has been set for the learn to ride event!

November 26th/27th: No School for Thanksgiving Break
