Bring on 2017...I apologize for not having a holiday sale and some orders took longer to process and ship the last few months.
Long story short (clean version), beginning of August my six year old laptop started acting up so I ordered a new one. I received the new one end of August and by beginning of November had it "Simply Rustic" ready-labels updated, business stuff, etc. Shortly after, I was working on the holiday sale, walked away from the computer and came back and it would not turn on. After unplugging, resetting, etc and calling Toshiba it was determined it would need to be sent in to be repaired. Not going to lie, I freaked out. Toshiba told me 7-10 business days and figured there could still be a sale, just a shorter time frame. Fifteen business days in, I called and was told they were waiting for a part and no update on when it would be back. I called Amazon to see if they could do anything and glad to have made that call. Amazon was willing to do a one-time return/refund on the laptop. I had to have Toshiba return my laptop and send it to Amazon and then order another. I have a new laptop as of December 23rd...and hoping to start of 2017 in the right direction with Simply Rustic.
As a THANK YOU for your continued support, Simply Rustic will be having a winter sale starting in February...it will be worth it, will include the holiday extras and an email will be sent with details.
