Please join us on Monday 10th July for an urgent meeting in response to the recent political upheaval and on-going Fox/Sky merger review.

The prevailing narrative since the election is that the press - and particularly the Murdoch/Mail press - were the outright 'losers'. However, analyses by Angela Phillips and Justin Schlosberg suggest otherwise and since Ofcom has raised serious concerns over media plurality in its public interest test report, we are now at a critical moment in the fight for a fairer and more democratic media system.

The meeting will take place at 4pm in the Keynes Library, 43 Gordon Square, London WC1H 0PD, next Monday 10th July. Professor James Curran from Goldsmiths, followed by a Chair's report and open discussion. Please RSVP by reply if you are able to make it.
