Welcome to Rural Directions Autumn Newsletter, we hope that 2016 has been good to you so far! 

The Rural Directions team have had a busy start to the year with many new and existing clients engaging in our services. The feedback received from our professional networks and clients tell us that we continue to provide a high quality level of service.

Recently, you may have noticed the changes to our logos and branding which demonstrates our modern and innovative approach to servicing the Primary Sector. The fresh look and icons are also reflective on our new website. 


The Rural Directions Recruitment & HR team have been immersed in a wide range of roles this quarter, from on-farm through to corporate roles. It is wonderful to see our clients' understanding the value of getting the right people into their businesses. Notably, those engaging in our recruitment services are varied in nature from private owners to those with commercial interests in farming that understand their exposure as Directors and the importance of organisational-fit when appointing new employees. We continue to be excited by the high calibre of applicants for the recruitment roles we are managing on behalf of clients. 

Additionally, our business has experienced significant growth through the offering of our HR services. We really appreciate the ongoing relationships we have with a lot of our clients who continue to remain loyal to our service offerings. Many of our clients are situated throughout NZ as well as in Hawke's Bay. 

Equally, the Rural Directions Business Administration team have been very busy working with Accountants to enable Farmers onto Xero and Figured in preparation for the end of year accounts and new Financial Year. Very exciting times ahead and a real bonus if you are a BNZ customer as they have purchased a 17% share in Figured On Farm and have licences to give to their clients for free access to Figured On Farm for 2 Years!
