SciSchmooze Weekly Events Newsletter

Events by Location: East Bay | North Bay | San Francisco | South Bay
Hello again fellow Science fans!

First, let me wish everyone a very joyous Holiday season, no matter what you celebrate, and a healthy, prosperous New Year, filled with lots of Science!

The response to our Año Nuevo Elephant Seal tour event was overwhelming, with tickets selling out within hours.  Hopefully we will have good weather for our visit to the park and the Elephant Seals.

Our list of events for this week is light, as you might expect, so I won't list any picks.  There's lots of family fun and education at Lake Merritt and the Aquarium of the Bay though.

This is the last Schmooze for 2016.  By any measure, it has been an "interesting" year.  Please consider making one of your New Year's resolutions to be vigilant about attacks on Science and to make your voices heard when you see them.

Have a great week in Science!
