Holiday Party - Please Join Us!
On Wednesday, December 7th, join us as we celebrate the holiday at Davenport Wine & Spirits.  We'll have complimentary food & wine tastings, and a portion of sales will be donated to ASCT if you choose to buy anything!
We Moved!
If you've ever visited our tiny office, you'll know we could not fit four desks in it!  (It was hard to get four chairs in there!).  This week we moved to a much bigger office space (near ACC Highland Mall), where we have plenty of room for everyone to have a desk & chair. We are beyond excited!  Please note our new contact information.
Access-Austin: Free Vocational Program Seeking Clients
The intake process has begun for our adult vocational program, free to participants through a grant from City of Austin. Our next interest meetings are on December 13th, from 12-1 pm or 7-8 pm, at our new office. For information or to get details about the intake process, please email our Employment Coach, Zak Van Voorhees.
Austin Marathon: Run For A Cause!
Join us for the Austin Marathon's charitable program, Austin Gives Miles! Sign up to represent Autism Society of Central Texas on February 19, 2017 or volunteer at our aid station! Email Jacquie with questions or read more here!
Earlybird Discount: Texas Autism Bike Ride & Fun Run
We're gearing up for the 2017 event, which will be on World Autism Awareness Day, 4/2/17. Registration is now open! Ride, run or walk! Register by January 31, 2017 to get the early bird bike ride discount! Use code 2017EARLYBIRD to get your registration for $40.00. Details & registration here.
Advocacy:  We Need You!
We are working to get legislation passed at the State & Federal levels that affect the lives of adults and children with autism, & we need your support! From attending press conferences at the Capitol, to meeting with legislators (we'll help you with this), or emailing & calling your representatives, we need all hands on deck!  Please register your interest to be notified about advocacy initiatives and advocacy training! Thank you!
