Spend 30 minutes getting in a great workout

This 25-minute AMRAP workout will challenge you with just the resistance of your bodyweight and a TRX. What's an AMRAP, you ask? It's a workout in which you do as many reps as possible in the time allotted. 

Before you start your workout, do a five-minute dynamic warm-up of your choosing.

Here's the workout:
  • 15 reps Plank roll out
  • 15 reps single arm row (right)
  • 15 reps single arm row (left)
  • 15 reps lunge (right)
  • 15 reps lunge (left)
  • 15 reps plank walks
  • 15 reps single-leg burpees (right)
  • 15 reps single-leg burpees (left)
  • 15 reps hamstring rollouts
