Defining worship

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Col 3:23-24

Achieve Guyana is pleased to announce the construction of our brand new 3,600 sq. ft. Bethel Landing Training Center. This state-of-the-art multipurpose building will be a fully staffed community Church, as well as a Discipleship and Community Training Center. This two-story facility will be the epicenter of our ministry in Region One. Our three phases of spiritual, personal, and professional training will help us reach an estimated 4,000 people yearly for the cause of Christ.

As the Directors of training at Achieve Guyana Inc, Gina and I, have turned our focus to creating program topics relative to the culture and curriculum development to include discipleship. We have been blessed to visit 9 villages in the last 30 days talking to the local leadership and families trying to better understand the unique cultural needs with each village.

Talking with villagers from Arukmai about cultural challenges.

Our spiritual training will focus on the importance of sound Biblical interpretation as it pertains to formulating good doctrine. In addition, we will be teaching Church Leadership that results in sustainable church planting initiatives in the future by the local people groups.

Our personal and professional training courses will be centered on discipleship opportunities through establishing and building relationships. We believe in the concept of “work is worship” that whatever we do in our daily lives, personal or professional, that “we do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto man.” (Col 3:23)
