St. Patrick's Day 5K - Last call!
 

Today is the last day to register online for the Baltimore's Saint Patrick's Day 5k! The screen-printed socks just got in and look great. New addition to the lineup is a BRRC Shamrock lime-green koozie! Can of beer not included... sorry!

The course has been tweaked a little so that we have a 50 foot net downhill elevation. Combine that with a race time temperature in the 40's and maybe you'll snag a PR. Or you can pre-game the race and go as slow as you want. We won't judge either way!

We will still have race-day registration.

Women's Distance Festival
 

Online registration is open for this year's Women's Distance Festival! This 5k race is one in a series of races that take place all over the state. The course is flat, and scenic at the Hammerman Area Beach by the Gunpowder River.  Premiums are still to be decided, but we will continue our tradition with spoiling our runners. Overall and age group awards will be presented.

Walkers are welcome!

In the next few weeks, Goucher is beginning several construction projects that will impact the Campus Loop. There will be one-way traffic and closures. BRRC is welcome to use the track. Runners are to park in the Visitor's Parking Lot and run up to the track going counter-clockwise, passing the Library and the President's house. They have requested runners not run the campus loop except for running to the track and back.

When we get more concrete information (no pun intended), we'll keep you posted.
