It’s National Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is how to tackle stress and help improve mental health. At the beginning of next month we are hosting a series of three sessions from Wellness Consultant Alison Harris on 'Exploring Stress and How to Let it Go' to provide a deeper level of understanding in order to inspire positive change in mental wellbeing. Spaces are limited and the sessions will be a mix of discussion paired and group activities that will allow for self-reflection.
We also welcome Alex Gould hosting Mindful Hypnobirthing workshops and one to one sessions. Alex's first workshop is on Saturday 16th June, packed with advice and guidance, to empower, inspire and assist parents-to-be in preparation for the birth of their baby.
Our Summer satsang is on 1st July 5pm -8pm with a concert from Anand Kirtan followed by a shared dinner, everyone is welcome of all ages and a chance to bring our community together. This is a free evening sponsored by the studio. More details soon on our website but save the date!
