Beginners Yoga Series 4th, 11th 18th and 25th January.
 
Introducing the basic elements of yoga, while emphasising alignment principles, breathing work, and the development of the mind, body connection.

These will be gently paced classes and will include both discussion and practice. 

The idea is the knowledge and confidence gained during these practices will allow you to safely move to a class. 
Please book online to secure your place, numbers are limited.

£32 for the full series of classes.
The studio if fully equipped.

Our Refund Policy 

Courses and in house teacher workshops - minimum week notice for refund.
Visiting teacher workshops/teacher training short courses – no refund unless place can be filled. .
MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) courses – please contact Teacher directly
Single class pass - 12 hours before the start of class.

Please make you cancel your class online.

Please note certain special events may be subject to a different cancellation policy.
