Lydia's House, offering hospitality in the Catholic Worker Tradition www.stlydiashouse.org
Thank you for a fully funded renovation!
We have completed renovation fundraising, and all of the rooms have been adopted! A full listing of room sponsors is here.  Thank you to all of our supporters and especially to those that come and work every weekend, doing the hard work of putting our house together. We are so blessed by each and every one of you.

Renovation Update

Now that the drywall is finished floors are going down, paint is going up, and we have moved our office from Vineyard Central Church to our new home! If you haven't been at 2024 Mills Ave since the summer demolition days, you won't believe how the house is coming together. Feel free to email us to schedule a tour: info@stlydiashouse.org

Give

As we approach the year end, we know that many people consider making gifts. Please think of us, as we begin fundraising for our 2014 operations and prepare our home to accept homeless families in April.

Women for Women Fundraiser

We raised $6,785 in gifts at the Women for Women benefit at the end of October!  We can now buy new mattresses and beds for the women and children at Lydia's House.

Thank you to all who came to the evening and helped our cause. Thanks especially to Maria and Robert Krzeski for hosting. It was such a gift.

Save the Date!

Please come share dinner and a prayer service with us as Lydia's House hosts our second-annual Feast of St. Lydia: A celebration of God's Grace and Our Work Together on Sunday January 26 at 5 pm at Calvary Episcopal Church in Clifton.  Mark your calendars, and expect more details to come!
