Welcome to Our Summer Interns!

The Lydia's House family has expanded! This summer, we are joined by two interns: Taffany and Sarah.  Taffany (pictured left) is a mom of 6 who is starting a new phase of life and completing her bachelor's degree in psychology. Sarah is an international student from Kenya who's studying political science at Xavier. To get a glimpse at how the summer's going for them, check out Taffany's blog post about the 4th of July with our community.

Both are welcome additions to our lives and they'll be with us in an official capacity until August 15.

Moms (and Dads) Mondays

Parents: Come help our garden (and yard) grow at Lydia's House!  We meet every Monday from 9:30 am to noon.  Child care will be provided on site, and we will eat lunch together at the end.  Please bring a lunch item to share.
Email if you're planning to come.
