Did you realize back pain is often caused by ordinary work activities such as sitting in an office chair? Prolonged activity and poor posture are major contributors to "office syndrome". We created this infographic for the many people who suffer from back pain due to poor ergonomics. Make sure to print it out as a constant reminder for a healthy spine!

If you have back pain or back problems, make an appointment with one of First State Spine's specialist for recommendations on which exercise program would be best for you.

It’s time to get a handle on your spine health and live free of pain! However, always check with your physician to see if these tips are safe to follow based on your health history.

Dr. Z is an amazingly calm and personable person that made my scary decision to have surgery, easy. He isn't about getting the next person to cut, but making sure surgery is the right choice! Sarah is also phenomenal as far as personality and calming my post-surgical fears and questions, reminding me that no fear, big or small, is unimportant as long as it matters to me! As for the rest of the staff there, no words can truly express the amount of gratitude and praise they deserve! For this big scared wuss, I am forever thankful for this fantastic team!!!!!
