Mindful Self-Compassion
5-day intensive:

The intensive follows the structure of the 8-week program, with each of the 8-sessions being delivered over 4 days. A full Retreat day included. Facilitated by Tina Gibson & Helen Duffy.

Location: Sophia, Cumberland Park
Dates: 12th - 15th February
Times: 10am - 4pm 
Retreat day: Saturday March 5th at Sophia, 10am – 4pm

A Month of Mindfulness:
A four week program and Retreat day that explores key practices and principles of mindfulness. A Month of Mindfulness provides opportunity to develop a personal practice to bring mindfulness to life! 

Location: Sophia, Cumberland Park

Times: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Retreat day: Saturday March 5th at Sophia, 10am – 4pm

Tina Gibson is a Certified MSC Teacher, with a wealth of experience in teaching compassion-based mindfulness.Trained MSC Teacher Helen Duffy will be co-teaching the February intensive. 
Barb Hancock is an experienced Mindfulness teacher and counsellor. She shares her passion for mindfulness with warmth and gentle humour.
