A message from the team

The Education Team are working 2 days a week from the
head office building in Essex,
and continuing to work from home the other 3 days.

We endeavour to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible

The CTSI online booking page will be closed from 6pm 18 November until
28 November for essential maintenance works. 
No manual bookings will be made in this time so please ensure all necessary bookings are made before this date.


2022 September Exam Cycle

The ratification board for all results & awards, will be held in December.
Results letters will be released, via email only, 1 week after the board has met.

If you had any issues or concerns surrounding or on the day of your examinations, please ensure you or your manager contacts a member of the Qualifications team.
