A message from the team

The Education Team are back at the Head Office building in Essex,
2 days a week and continuing to work from home the other 3 days.

We endeavour to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible

2021 September Exam Cycle

Well done to everyone who completed their examinations.

The ratification board for all results & awards, will be held in December.
Results letters will be released, via email only, 1 week after the board has met.

Teams forms will be sent out this month around the qualification processes, training and LMS system.  CTSI hope that as many delegates as possible are able to participate and offer valuable feedback.

If you had any issues or concerns surrounding your examinations, please ensure you or your manager contacts a member of the Qualifications team.
More information can be found in section 8
of the regulations regarding extenuating circumstances.


Current Stage 2 delegates only will be able to defer any examinations into a 3rd year on request
